Lol, that sounds like the 73 Dodge Dart I had as a kid. It was one of the first years Chrysler put electronic ignitions in their cars.
Along with this rectangle shaped metal box of ICs mounted on the fender well front drivers side. There was a small ceramic ballast resistor dead top center of the fire wall in the engine compartment. It was attached to the firewall with just two phillips head sheet metal screws.
The thing was completely unshielded and would fry about every third tome you tried starting it in the rain.
I lived about 60 miles south of Lake Erie and it rained as much there as it does in Portland or Seattle. After the second trip to a parts store, at only abot 3 bucks a pop, I bought a half dozen of them and kept them in the glive compartment along with a phillips screw driver.
Yup, they had that coil mounted right on the front too behind the horn open to the elements...so in rain it got absolutely soaked...even my inexperienced young dumb ass knew straight away it was a retarded place to put it.

Obviously not. I'm a polite person. My brother was a biker for a long time and I ALWAYS talked shit to him for it, though. Brotherly and in good fun. I think motorcycles are cool.

37 mph if it's a four stroke and the limiter is removed. But if its a two stroke it can hit a blinding 62 mph with the limiter removed.
I can hit 60 in second gear with 4 more to go, and that is with the factory limiter that cuts the rpm's at 130 mph.
Poor little yella fella has no idea…
people who live in free countries dont have limiters.

The limiter is not a government mandate. It's a manufacturer decision to keep warranty costs limited. Freedom has nothing to do with it. I had the limiter legally removed when I upgraded from 111 C.I. (1818.96 C.C.) to 116 C.I. (1900.9 C.C.).
i'm a real grease monkey just pop that sucker on the lift and i'll have her overclocked and flash a custom ROM on that bad boy and she'll be purring in no time

Back in England I had a REAL bubble bobble arcade machine, I think I paid 250 quid for it. Prototype wife #0.5 didn't like it in the living room but women knew their place back in the 90s and quickly learned to shut the fuck up.

if its not a government man-date then why do you need to have it legally removed,
