    Lower carbs and more protein equals higher T btw...body fat = lowrr T production and higher estrogen.

    Just drink Irish Breakfast Tea from Trader Joes (if you have those) that shit is super strong but not deadly strong.

    I wont be drinking energy drinks much anymore. maybe once in a great while instead of every day (like 2 sometimes 3). shit wrekts your heart

    also removes grease from engine blocks from what I read (the sugar free ones do)

    I could never cut off sugar or soda forever, it's too difficult. Besides, every now and then it's necessary to have some sugar intake, so I wouldn't completely cross it off.

    That's the key, you have to push through..once you get that shit out of your system you no longer "crave" it or desire it. Sugar is a relatively modern addition to the human diet and NOT a good one.

    It's similar if you go from full soda to diet soda...when you go back to full soda it tastes like you're drinking syrup...that same reasoning applies to if you give up sugar in all forms...when you go back to having it it's...distasteful.

    I am actually drinking diet soda now because I want to lose weight and full soda has too many calories for my liking.

    Yup...noting like the 1% per year or 50% the nutjobs claim.

    The figure is closer to 25% reduction from 1980...and that's your average person, down mainly to lack of activity and shitty diets.

    Not a problem for me as I keep active and as you can see from my numbers...even downgraded 25%...STILL well in the normal range even for 1980.

    Of course they are just reporting the actual studies.

    Both studies observed significant reductions in testosterone levels over time. In the 2007 study, testosterone decreased by about 22% when comparing 1985-1987 levels to those from 2002-2004. In the 2021 study, researchers found a roughly 25% decrease between 1999 and 2016.

    a 25% drop doesn't put it into the low range...therefore he/she/it must have been referring to some other bullshit %.

    ..and again, either way...1980 or 2024...my figures are STILL in the normal range for my age.
