They have 10,000+ years experience of living in a settled civilisation and dealing with the social challenges that arise from that. They had complex agricultural civilisations while our ancestors were still hunter gatherers.
That's why they evolved the caste system, arranged marriages, etc. The upper caste ones also evolved to be natural corporate yes men. They are obsessed with status, and have shed the adventurism, the mercurial tendencies, and the rebelliousness that mar the white race.
