    I mean personally I loved the comic The Boys but hated the TV series for that reason - in the comic the extreme violence and nudity were a core part of the story, 'what if superheroes were just average, everyday degenerates? human nuclear bombs that like to rape and kill because who's going to stop them'? the vulgarity made sense as a way to drive home the idea that ordinary people are flawed, and to give them supreme power and virtually no accountability results in extreme suffering for everyone around them, even if they do prevent a terror attack or disaster once in a while.

    whereas the TV show mostly seemed to avoid any deeper meaning and just wanted to 'subvert' superhero movies in the most juvenile ways possible. 'WHAT IF ANT MAN WENT TINY AND WENT INSIDE SOMEONE'S DICK HOLE THEN GOT BIG AGAIN AND BLEW UP HIS DICK!!!'

    How does it not make sense? I like two separate things when the time is right, but I don't like them both at the same time. It makes perfect sense. I did watch and enjoy The Boys though, because the concept was very interesting (superheroes who are actually evil). Funny how you hated it instead.

    I don't know why I chuckled at the last part. And sweet! Yeah, it works well. Thank you! I read a manga for the first time a few weeks ago, and I had to read it from right to left. Is it with this comic as well?

    Thanks for clearing it up. It was top to bottom, right to left with the manga I was reading. It was translated into English, but they had to stick with it. But yeah, I'll be reading this. I prefer this to manga because at least it's colored.
