Every time I go into sleep paralysis I try to induce a lucid dream and most of the time it works but all I can fucking do is fly down and to the left and going through walls and shit hurts like fuck. Why can't I fucking go up. Atleast if I went through the ceiling it wouldn't hurt so much cause I'd already be out of there you know
If you're laying on your stomach, try switching to laying on your back, and if you're laying on your back, try switching to laying on your stomach. And if you're laying on one side, try switching to laying on the other side, and if you're laying on the other side, try switching to laying on the OTHER side. And if you're standing, well you're an ASTRONAUT and there's nothing you can do.
Everything about the above post sounds like a guide to tossing and turning at night.

I feel as though you don't feel content with in real life
I used to practice lucid dreaming when I was a kid and a couple years ago I induced an astral projection experience, I've had other astral experiences but they happened spontaneously.
I tend to have more nightmares than anything these days but this morning I had an erotic dream, not that it was exactly sexual in pornographic way, but it was more playful and romantic, kind of like a skinamex late 90's softcore porn but not even that hardcore.
I was in middle school and this hen started giving me a shoulder rub and was whispering in my ear (its a recurring dream where I have a girl whispering in my ear) and she walked around to the front of my desk and leaned in front of my face, she was older my age now, but yet we were still in school and I went to kiss her and she pulled away slightly but I pulled her towards me and kissed her.
I then woke up because my alarm went off. It was EROTIC!
