    Doctors under a lot of pressure not to give pain meds these days. Sucks if you really need them, lucky I have a doctor that helps me out because I do need it some times.

    You need to keep them alive for now. When you get old enough for social security you need them to pay most their pay to taxes so you can get dat check and medicare.
