Anything the beam comes in contact with is dissembled at the molecular level, much like the phasers in Star Trek. You would basically just light up with all the high current engulfing your entire body, then you would be transformed into a cloud of atoms, which would disperse quickly. These weapons are already mounted on high orbit satellites and already ready for use in the fast-approaching United Nations' "Great Reset" hostile takeover of the entire planet.
