anything with mozzerella (especially the breaded sticks) is wonderful with marinara sauce. THe older i get the more I tend to stay away from tomatos tho.

I actually tried this method after reading this thread and I’ve gotta say it’s delicious!! I didn’t do anything but cut both ends - top about 1-2” and bottom any stem and an extra inch for good measure. Left the husk on and stuck the cobs in the microwave….. 4 minutes for 2 cobs, let ‘em cool a bit, peeled buttered & salted and man they were very tasty 🌽🌽🧈🧂

Definitely cookin em like this for now on.

Thinking about making a weird pizza soft shell taco, basically just take tortilla, marinara, pepperoni (I will use chorizo slices, parfried/par cooked), mozz cheese and oregano flakes. Might put a little bit of thyme in there because I like the combination of fried meats, oregano and thyme.

Figure I put it right on the skillet, oh I forgot too I put a hat tortilla on him, flip that shit two minutes each side Medium heat.

I let it rest for a minute or two and then slice that shit up.

OT: I dip it in hot sauce mixed with cream cheese half/half, more hot sauce than cream cheese to be honest, microwave that and then whip it together till consistent and uh idrk

I think I might make it better by including things such as minced garlic (minimal amount) in the marinara sauce and sauted onions.

Might just say fuck it and put some mozzerella in a tortilla with a hot dog and a splash of hot sauce in a microwave and roll it into a weird white man trying to make a burrito burrito.

I cook tortillas with this method I learned a long time ago from my friends uncle. He loved three things in life (RIP); Hispanic women, tacos, and tequila. This lazy ass nigga would take a tortilla, fill it full of cheese, put it in the toaster oven and then microwave the meat, pull it out in a minute and drown in hot sauce with a tequila, this weird cup of salt he kept next to him after he would take a shot. He'd also put salt on the rim of his empty shot glass before doing it.

High blood pressure and anger issues, remember that pretty clear too.

So I continue to use this method to cook tortillas. But when I have to make a bunch I just run the toaster and put them on top, flip the stack of 3-4 tortillas, rotate them if needed and hit the button again.

Started a fucking toaster fire and my roommates all mad at me cuz he asked how I did it I said "I used the toaster" an dhe was mad I didn't make them on a pan "Like you're supposed to" I said nigga you're an immigrant from a place without toasters.

when it started on fire I grabbed a dish rag and put it under the faucet, unplugged it, and then grabbed it with the wet rag and hurled it into the patio, where a dozen people saw his plastic black box melting on fire that some drunk white guy threw into the walkway. I said "One second I'm getting water" and I came back with a water bottle and sprayed it.

No bullshit, my roommate picks the toaster up, tells everyone I destroy everything, and plugs it back in still wet. I'm thinking this nigga is a fucking moron. "I want to see if have function, Okay? My toaster." electrocutes himself almost immediately, not badly but like he was handling a wet appliance, his hands were wet, he plugs this shit in and then engages it.

i'm like dog how the fuck did you make it past 12 years old?

When people are about to make great mistakes (like eating raw chicken I have marinating in the fridge) and say "ah bien pojo gracias"

    and I say

"no real pojo, no eat, no."

and they think i'm just trying to be greedy with the chicken left overs and ignore my advice.

Fuck yeah I watch an old man eat raw chicken,

he took two bites (Swallowed the first one which is a sign he might be impaired mentally) and asked me why the meat is purple and pink

"No real chicken, no cook, oil for 1 day." I say in spanish

    'no cook?!'

    No. I say something before...

    "Okay okay okay."

i'm like god damn i can see why this island is a third world country these people are fucking morons. Raw chicken marinating in a pan, dude's been here all day and I haven't started the oven, and he just decides to mow down on chicken that's insides are bright pink and purpleish (I use soy sauce because they don't sell MSG around here so I do a splash in a lot of my marinades, making them brown/purple/black colored).

Didn't you like wonder why it was uncooked? Maybe i'm the one that's retarded.

Garlic salt, Lawry's seasoned salt, and I think it was Heinz that made this BBQ sauce with tomato sauce.

And mustard on most things grilled (before you grill it)
