   Poke literally means cut the salmon into slices or cubes then they’re served in a bowl along with rice, dressing, vegetables and seasonings.

   I assume these sushi chefs know which fish is safe to eat raw you could probably Google a specific fish and see if it’s safe to eat raw

    have you tried it grilled? its the only way I eat liver. Just tastes like gamey + super flavorful meat and has a really nice texture.
