yes but people who are well versed with shooting just say 'reload'.

    just as simple as that.

imagine when you have 3 magazines taped together for speedy reload. what would call reloading then ?

    rotating my magazine ?

Restrict the amount of bullets that can be purchased in a 30 day period to say, like 100 bullets.

Ban the use of guns on public lands.

Require a full psychological examination of each gun owner every year, at their expense, which would include an evaluation by two psychologists, interviews by law enforcement of the family, friends, coworkers and neighbors of the applicant, and a review of their civilian record.

that would prevent nothing because black mass shooters use illegaly sourced weapons and white mass shooters know how to plan ahead.

When/where was the context provided where it was made clear we were specifically talking about the act of reloading? There are reasons besides reloading for switching out one mag for another.

Tough luck, go amend your constitution and convene a convention of states. Besides, there is no amount of gun control that can stop someone who is determined to get a gun to find one regardless of any laws.

Why would you tape your mags together? I have a holder for mine, you just release the empty one and put in a new one...and no one mentioned reloading them...obviously if you were planning on doing a mass shooting you'd have your mags already loaded...duhhhh.

I've got 3x 15 round mags, they are always loaded...if someone broke in the house I'm not going to sit there saying "hold on while I load these will ya?"

    So dumb.

No one goes to a school shooting with their mags not already loaded

Again switching out mags takes less that 2 seconds.
