I'm not saying it is Russia. But one thing everyone who dismissed the notion isn't considering is this. What if it wasn't Putin? What if it was done by internal hard line palace enemies of Putin to weaken his hold on power in preparation for a coup? Or what it were palace enemies who are opposed to his Ukrainian campaign on principle or due to lack of decisive success?
I'm not saying any of this true but I contend anything is plausible including the above. -

US military ships were recorded in the area of the recorded seismic explosions just before pressure in the pipe when down. There's not even a question of whether Biden and his gang of thugs are involved. -

US/UK is pretty much a given. I don't think France had any direct part in it since Macron has been trying (feebly) to jump on the brakes but it's always possible he didn't know or care what his subordinates were doing.
Poland almost certainly played a key role. Denmark at least knew it was happening considering it happened near one of their islands where they have a shitload of sensors set up due to fear of Russian submarines -

How does it hurt Putin, especially personally? The capacity that was going to Europe just goes to China and India, and Germany is contractually bound to pay for the next 20 years even if the gas isn't delivered.
Who do you think has the capacity to deliver such a large amount of explosive over such a wide area without the knowledge of their commanders OR the European countries monitoring the area? -

A relatively small civilian vessel could have laid mines with remote detonation capability. These mines could have been in place for months and placed over a number of months.

2022-10-02 at 2:30 AM UTCSwedish seismic stations reported each of the explosions at around 75-100kg of TNT, and to rupture the pipeline like that you'd need to make contact, either planting explosives or firing torpedoes at it.
The pipeline itself is continuously monitored by the Russians and the region is continually monitored by the Danes after those submarine incidents a few years ago.
Nevermind that Poland tried similar during the construction and brags about the current incident, and the US has repeatedly threatened to 'stop' NS2 explicitly -
