   I was going to stay with Gigi mostly anyways. I was looking at getting a low interest rate at a old hotel turned condo in Las Vegas. It was pretty badass near the strip. but the Mother fucking HOA was like 1100 a month. Las Vegas real estate will climb this year most likely. it was a dead real estate. you can still pick up nice homes in decent neighborhoods for under 350k and the Condo I was looking at was really nice. a 1 bedroom 1 full bath and updated kitchen. It had two queen beds (because it was a hotel) still there. the owner even replaced the mattress for new. 109k. if the HOA was only 4-5 hundred I would of moved in on it. I even Asked Luigi if he wanted to go in half and put a wall between the bed with a separate entrance. then just break it down if we resale it. he didn't see the value in investment. well FUCK HIM! >:'[
   
   Let me know if you know anyone selling land cheap in that area or fixer uppers land bids.
