I think generally it's because we've always been high information and high rationality people on the whole. -
2017-02-03 at 4:02 PM UTCI'm personally not completely anti-left. I say a lot of things out of satire and to prove a point, a lot of people consider me liberal just by looking at me/things that I do. But theres a fine line sometimes on going full smacktard towards either side in my opinion.
My parents raised me to be conservative but theres plenty of things that we don't agree on. Not everything is so black and white. At least not for me anyways.
But the stuff that has been going on for the last 10 years in the mainstream media is just downright ridiculous. And many liberals would agree but there opinion doesn't count typically.
And to be honest, I might throw out slurs there, but I'm actually not racist, I just like people that identify towards my beliefs. And a lot of the news is blatantly dishonest, but tons and liberals and conservatives take it as truth, which bullshit.
I've mentioned to people I watch fox news or that I'm conservative and they automatically assume, fox news is biased (it is but its no more biased cnn or msnbc) Fox news definitely puts out their right wing opinion, but at least they don't create fake news.
And look at the tyt tards there fucking idiots that can't get over the butt hurt, talk to anyone thats been around for 40 or plus more years and they will tell you this shit has never happened before quite like this.
I like shows like "the redye" because they are funny and conservative, but don't completely pander to a certain crowd over entitled idiots. They could actually care less if you agree with them or not.
It's just gotten out of control, you can be a fatass black female and if you tell her she's out of shape you're an asshole, but if you tell an alcoholic he has a drinking problem yet goes to work and pays bills.. well he's just an addict.
