    I was at the bar tonight and a group was having a discussion. One said something to the effect of “…and i mean the overwhelming majority of the people killed by police are black and brown people…” and it took every fiber of my being not to bring up the police shooting database and shove my phone in their face. They were clearly trying to ingratiate themselves to an old black dude. I mean they were super cool people, but so incredibly out of touch with reality. And bringing up such an inconvenient counterpoint prolly wouldve killed the vibe a bit.

    The "Burgler" was not convicted of any crimes, I think just drunken disorderly tickets. He was definitely pointing a gun at Rittenhouse though but says he put his hands up before pointing the firearm again.

    Rosenbaum was a homeless pedophile arsonist who had no interest in the protest and just happened to be nearby lighting fires being a piece of shit.

    Huber beat his mother and brother and had another domestic type assault that was pending I believe. History of mental illness.

    Honestly, as stupid as it is, Rosenbaum is going to be the hardest one to beat because he threw a plastic bag with gas in it but had no other weapon. The defense can surely prove provocation but the 4 shot force may not be proven to be justified unless they can successfully argue that kyle thought he fired one of the 20 or so shots that were heard around that time

    I'm not sure what the exact statistics are, but they could then argue that "well blacks and browns are such minorities and they are shot well in excess of what you'd expect", then you'd have to go to "but old white boomers don't get stopped by police", etc. The whole thing winds up being dishonest on both sides.
