yeah we covered that yesterday...It's PERFECTLY legal for a member of the press to follow someone in a PUBLIC PLACE...it's called "freedom of the press".
I purposely didn't follow the case because the only thing that matters is the verdict, it was mega gay that people were actually "following" the trial.

I only watched 5 or 6 hrs of it just to see for myself how moronic the prosecution was, I knew the truth from watching it on the night it went down, I have kept the live stream on for the last 4 days to catch the verdict, and now I have 5 live streams going of outside the court house
