wut did u dream about last night

I'm annoyed. All ik is I've had this since I was 19, don't recall before that, and that my breathing is shallow and has long pauses when I'm awake too. Apparently PTSD can cause shallow breathing and sleep apnea and I feel murderous that other people could have caused my cognitive decline.

if you normally sleep on your back, try sleeping on your side instead

It's not an airway blockage it's my brain not signalling to breathe properly. Even when I'm awake I catch myself holding my breath. I'm gonna have to buy my own cpap machine, can't tell doctors about this or they'll never prescribe be benzos again.

This is why you're garbage. You give advice to people you don't like because you need to be perceived as a know-it-all. I know you don't care if I get cognitive decline because you've been trying to cause it.

All people who are trying to help you are your enemies.

He wasn't trying to help. He knew it wasn't an airway blockage because I said it was PTSD and shallow breathing. He knew changing my sleeping position won't do fuck all but just wanted to chime in anyway.

I returned because I couldn't resist instilling some fear that white men are being culled.

    How long do I have?

I just remembered the dream where a nun with no face got me in a headlock to suffocate me. Something like that could be the last thing I experience before death.

Now I know at the end I could have a bad dream or a boring one. Last night I dreamt I was at the bottom of the ocean. I will have to sleep with a cpap machine for the rest of my life and am freaking out about that too. Hopefully when I get the machine my fatigue will go away.

Sleep apnea is when that flap closes off. they used to think it was harmless until about the 1990s when they linked it to weakening of the heart valves.

Sometimes you have Sleep Paralasis happening at the same time. this makes people have a common experience of the "Old Hag" that sits on their chest. its a common visitation people get of a witch and "Im paralysed and can't breath"

its because you're having a sleep apnea issue at the same time you're in a wake/sleep stage. and you hallucinate both from the dream chemicals and probably from the lack of oxygen which also causes hallucinations

I'v experienced it many times. but what they can't explain to you is why you feel your covers being pulled neatly like pleats off to the foot of the bed and you wake up and it's like a perfectly pressed pleats like that on a curtain that no way in hell you "kicked off" and imagined the boogie man.

    ITS REAL

In a funeral home type of place, red curtains beige walls. Three old ladies sitting at a small round table with the cloth reaching the floor. One of the old ladies grabbed my arm, white eyes, fish teeth started screaming.

I used to house sit a Funeral Home. My Friends ran it. whenever they went on vacation someone had to watch the phones at night when the workers went home.

they lived upstairs in a large flat. almost like a penthouse apartment. really beautiful building. I would see all kinds of shit while watching the TV. the dog reacted before I saw something dart into a room. then a loud Crash sound. but when I went into the room nothing there. windows didn't open because they were painted shut. the closet was empty.

shit was haunted as fuck. in the mirror you could see the figure of a face on the wall paper you couldn't see looking directly at the wall.

    I'v told this story before.

we're not alone. nothing to do with space aliens. they cross over. we've crossed over. Hell, I doubt I'm in the world I remember being raised in from my childhood. this world is CLOWN WORLD

Send photos of your house. I love Victorian homes

You shouldn't have Benzos you should get Ativax. it's a antihistamine that isn't addictive.

had I dream that I was in a giant factory of EPIC mEGA PROPORTIONS and i had no regard for my life because my goal was to escape this place and I could not die but I did die I would "wake up" like I just woke up from a nightmare

but this was like incorporated into the logic of the world because I was climbing and had nowhere to go and all the parts left to climb started sliding back in like KERCHUNK KERHUNCNK with only a tiny stick to hold onto while my feet were balanced precariously on chainlink fence like 500feet up above moving spinning gears and then the stick was knocked from my hand and the chainlink fence started vibrating loudly and rotating and I landed like 500 feet onto the concrete and DIED

but I "woke up" in the dream at the starting area screaming in terror because I just "died in the dream" and a person in the dream saw me and said "this is hell this is torture" and THEN i woke up

I had a bad dream that someone sought out my cousin and that she told them about my two personas, she apologised to me but then I found the person and killed them with a baseball bat. Looking out the window I witnessed a drunk person jumping in a lake so I went after them and gave them a caramel square to eat. Then it was weird, maybe I'll remember more later, weird fashion inspired my 80s punk and medieval times.

It was someone from here that I killed but I won't say who so as not to stir up drama.
