   So I fixed my problem with this game...in that it wasn't the game after all, it WAS my power supply. It's weird because I put it under heavy load and it was fine...I guess it was just coincidence it shut down playing this game...as over the holidays it started doing it more randomly, even just sitting on the desktop.
   
   $150 for a new 850W PSU fixed the problem.
