Most of those are not wildly different...grunt work mostly. (Driving a fork lift and working in a warehouse goes hand in hand)

Never used quickbooks, back when I did the accounts for the Lawyer's office it was all by hand...big sheets of paper spreadsheets, no computers...well I had an adding machine. -

You should always want to know exactly what the position is, what the requirements are, who you report to, the hours/days worked expected including weekends and holidays, what clothes or tools I would need, what clothes or tools they supply, etc. Have your resume with you.
Let them know you have thought about working for them but possibly cautiously suggest that you have other interviews scheduled to keep a competitive wage. Tread very carefully here. Basically ask when they would need a decision by.
Salary should be one of the last things brought up. -
