We may enter it if I can finish it in the Berkeley Short Film Fest.
I will be cartooning live action with cartoon software I own. we did this on Thanksgiving. and if this Onicron forces us into shelter another 3 months, I will be sure to finish it.
the cartooning makes it look like Rotoscoping. a Disney concept of painting over each frame of a live-action film which makes it look cartoonish. but now computers just do it. -

it was however it was done all on computers. Ralph Bakshi did it with hand painted cels like Disney did with bambi.
And Ralph was employed by Disney. however he used a Xerox to print each hand drawn onto acetate plastic sheets the size of papers (basically changing out paper with acetate plastic. and then painting each one, one by one with a staff of like 7 people. took them 3 solid years.
Computers feels cheating but its whatever works. It's fascinating stuff. -
