which 3d printer do you have that is capable of printing metal? How strong are the metal printed parts, can they be used in anything mechanical at all? -

I'm pretty sure it's just suspended metal particles to give it a shine - should work with any printer as long as it doesn't accumulate and block the extruder -

Yup, There is also wood PLA which I've used before, looks and feels pretty..woody, as above has particles of wood in it.

I also have a direct print, no bowden tube one (which is better for flexible filament)...non branded it's one I made from kit parts.
