    which 3d printer do you have that is capable of printing metal? How strong are the metal printed parts, can they be used in anything mechanical at all?

    I'm pretty sure it's just suspended metal particles to give it a shine - should work with any printer as long as it doesn't accumulate and block the extruder

    Yup, There is also wood PLA which I've used before, looks and feels pretty..woody, as above has particles of wood in it.

    I also have a direct print, no bowden tube one (which is better for flexible filament)...non branded it's one I made from kit parts.
