    I can understand the feeling of safety being in a room with no windows but some people they get the drugs, get a hotel and immediately "set up" in the bathroom and spend days in there.

    I can't understand this joharis window. I never learned that in substance abuse treatment. I learned HALT, Hungry/Horny Angry Lonely Tired. If you are HALT you need to HALT and be mindfulness because those are triggers to make you use and abuse.
