   All joking aside. Walnut Creek is full of Alien looking tall Aryan rich people and what looks like Arabs or Persians all with money.
   
   many of them older than 40 with their faces stretched back from surgery. It comes off as a "We try to be rodeo drive of the north" vibe.
   
   but if you have like 2500 a month you can rent half of a apartment out and be the working poor who makes 90k a year but not too poor to rent in Walnut Creek. its one of those stupid towns that used to be a small hick town not many decades ago.
