Isn't allowing those infected with aids to knowingly infect people without reprocussion perpetuating a stigma too? I feel if people weren't worried about getting killed by someone with aids they would be more comfortable with them
I really have no idea. I guess I think it should depend on the circumstance maybe. For instance if you get drunk in a gay bar and have buttsex with a strange man and get AIDS because he was also drunk and assumed you probably had AIDS too (or were going to catch it soon anyway), isn't that different from some guy catching AIDS, then knowingly giving it to his girlfriend? -
