Humans would be long dead before they could destroy the planet. Again, it's revived itself many many times...65 million years ago when a fucking big rock hit and killed 99% of life on Earth..it still recovered and we were the result of that...Humans huffing out carbon isn't going to kill the planet...it might kill us but so what...life goes on etc.
Our passing will clear the way for the Ant people. -

I hate to nitpick but the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction did not kill 99% of life, it was around 3/4 and it wasnt directly from the impact of the big rock but the aftermath of it.
A better example is that volcano in 1814 that made it winter all year and caused famines throughout the world, the amount of gas we are huffing out is not even a fraction of the smoke that volcano did. notice we have never had a catastrophe like this since then? is that because we cant control the fucking climate to begin with? who wouldve thought... -

no, mount tambora eruption and my bad it was in 1815. the emissions were so bad that sunlight couldnt warm the planet so it was winter all year round.
