If at any point you provide your SSN this can be traced back to you, SpectraL.

The only other option is to pay for something using Paypal, but after a certain amount they will ask for your SSN or close the account. Paypal is not stupid. They know all the scams people try to run.

You don't need a SSN to open a Paypal account. Fact.

That's only for new sellers or selling in a new category. The scams work by getting long tenured/verified acct.s

Yes but once you try to change the withdrawal information they'll catch on. Paypal is not as easy as it used to be. If you try to pay with Paypal without changing that wd info they will deny your transaction if the shipping address isn't the same as what's on your profile. They'll ask for ID too. I've had it happen to me before shipping stuff to friends. I fucking hate Paypal.

Once again the successful scammers get tenured EB & PP accts & don't change anything or have the ID package(Scans & SSN) ready to go. You can easily buy packages w/ PP,EB,Bank but who's to say the crooks that sold you that won't change the log in once you get it funded & wipe you out lol.

Best eBay scams for laymen is just buy a lot of cheap things(like digital images etc.) build up your feedback. Then return fraud which is basically encouraged on eBay as they're so pro-seller. Buy new return old, etc. I quit selling small things on eBay due to so many return scams & eBay siding w/ the crook lol. "Best Buy" on eBay is by far the easiest scam on there. Their warehouse is so disorganized they don't communicate w/ the eBay operator. You get your refund & the WH returns your return citing it's damaged or used & nonreturnable. They've done it twice w/ me & phones, they initially sent the wrong models, I returned for refund. Refund issued then 3-4 weeks later I got the phones back in the mail, sold on LetGo.

Write a bunch of letters that say "god told me you might help me out with a bunch of money please help me god bless you" then put your contact info and put the letters in every single mailbox of every rich neighborhood in town and you'll get at least a couple bites from rich old religious people

You need ebay account that's been actively selling for more than 3 months else the account will be restricted. First month I think its something like 10 items with value of no more than £300(or $ equivalent). Second month it goes up a bit but for the first 3 months you'll get 21 day holds on the funds as soon as they land in paypal. Your buyers will be disputing you long before that.

What? He just said it's not a bad idea. Because it's not. I could go employ the idea right now, doesn't mean I live off handouts. It would just be a FEELER to get more moneys. That's what rich people do. Extend their tentacles. Lol

Yeah it is begging, he even said himself it was begging, they were his words. and he agreed it to be a good idea. In other words he would consider doing it if he was in a particular situation.

Asking others for handouts is exactly the same as declaring that you are a broke ass runt who is either or both unwilling and unable to make himself a simple enough of a living to sustain himself with even the simple basic necessities to live on. I'd be way too embarrassed to go ask that from anybody. Imagine people you knew found out? Its not impossible, these things have a funny habit of getting out and back to people you know. You could never live that down, your people would never forget it, they'd never look at you the same again.

I'll say that I get the point yiure trying to make and I understand where you're coming from, but in this particular instance, who gives a shit? Really?

If some old Catholic couple ended up giving me 50,000 dollars because I put a letter in their mailbox asking for it, why would I be embarrassed about that? Lol. They should maybe be embarrassed if anything. I'd proudly tell people about it.

Fuck yeah dude these fuckers just gave me 50k because I asked nicely. Hell yeah bro! And if they could afford to do it obviously they dont care. Basically everyone wins.
