Very easy to get good E-Bay accounts with good feedback and PayPal accounts. The idiots always list their e-mail addresses, and e-mail addresses expire if not used for 90 or 120 or 180 days (depending on the e-mail provider), so you can just remake their e-mail account after it expires and use the newly recreated e-mail account to reset the E-Bay/PayPal password.

I suppose you could ship a box with rocks or something but 9/10 Ebay will side with the buyer. I have gotten fucked over selling on ebay.
How do these scammers pull it off and get the money if they keep it in escrow. I don't get it.

Isn't there a way to buy now or pre order stuff
I'm not sure what kind of scam you're talking about. Can you sum up your 10min video.
To even get money from paypal you need to link it to a bank or use their card I believe.
Also Paypal stole $7 from me for no reason once. I never figured out why and they admitted it was an error but never refunded like they said they would. Directly from my bank too.
You just open up Gmail and go to Create New Account and then start feeding in hundreds of e-mail accounts you found on E-Bay which people post on their accounts there. Gmail tells you if the account is already in use in seconds and let's you try as many as you want. When you find one that is not in use on Gmail, but does appear on the E-Bay account, Bingo. You then remake the e-mail account and use E-Bay's password reset tool to send a password reset to the newly recreated e-mail account. Viola. New E-Bay account. Then once inside the new E-Bay account, the PayPal info is there. You can then use PayPal's password reset tool and the same e-mail address to reset the password there, too. Free linked E-Bay/PayPal setup ready to go.

I'm just wondering if they would catch on to using a stolen PayPal and sending the money to your personal account.

Idk if they look that much into these things.
Fairly certain you have to give your SSN for tax purposes just to have an account. I don't know if they'd even approve of an account under a different name, but I would not use anything linked to you.
IDK doesn't seem like it's worth it for the risk. Just go loot some shit at a riot and sell that on Ebay instead.
The only way I know of "cashing out" would be getting the money in a stolen paypal account and using those funds to order expensive items like gold and macbooks, and then selling those.
When you link the bank account you have to provide an SSN. Your only options are to use their card (needs SSN) or bank account (needs SSN). Your bank account, SURPRISE, also has your SSN. You can also get a check mailed to you, which you will need to provide an SSN for.
If at any point you provide your SSN this can be traced back to you, SpectraL.
The only other option is to pay for something using Paypal, but after a certain amount they will ask for your SSN or close the account. Paypal is not stupid. They know all the scams people try to run.
