It's prolly some variety of boredom.
I know that feel because when things are going especially well in my life, I start to feel a certain kind of boredom that doesn't really compare to anything else.
And it's not, like, a temporary boredom that can be quenched by just picking up a new hobby or anything like that.
It's a sustained existential boredom that makes me question why literally anyone remains opted into life.
So, naturally, I either amp up my drinking, or start fucking with harder drugs, just to kill that feeling.
Then I fuck my life up and end up back at the bottom and reduce my available options to either:
1. Sewerside.
2. Running back up that hill and doing it all over again.
I keep choosing #2 for some reason.
The particular reason why, I haven't the foggiest.
But I keep at it.
Pushing the rock up the mountain worked for Sisyphus, and apparently it works for me too.
