Lol that's really cheap. Is there property tax owed on it or something? Even if there is you might be able to get the tax written off or something.

Anything west of the 75 is a terrible investment. There are some very cool houses on that side of town. The taxes in Dayton are some of the highest in the country, with the worst roads and schools.

Have you ever done any construction, electrical, plumbing?

    Dayton is just segregated.
Blacks to the west and whites to the east.
Of course the blacks dont take care of anything.
Back before my day all these big houses use to be owned by jedis but then they ran off with everyone's money and the people who took over the homes couldn't take care of them.

No but with all the crack heads around it is not hard to get new tools.

I bought a lot of tools back in the recession a few years ago on craigslist. With all the construction work shut down, workers were selling their tools cheap to survive. The same situation should be happening soon. You hate that they're in such bad financial difficulties but just think of it that you are at least helping them feed their families.

Note: beware of crackheads selling tools. They may be scoping out what they can steal from you just like the stolen tools they are selling you. Never meet them at your place. A lot of municipalities have meeting places (often by the police station) with designated meeting spots wkth surveillance cameras. Never buy anything of questionable ownership with serial numbers that can be traced back to the legal owner. Also, you do realize that you are only encouraging them to steal more by doing business with them, don't you?

Most of the downtown mansions were owned by NCR and Delco executives. When NCR left, Dayton went to shit. I don’t know what a Jedi is, other than a fictitious persons in Star Wars - the original

Pretty sure NZ does not have “hoods” like Dayton, Ohio has ... the house would only be worth anything if it were moved to a new location

I've seen flooded houses an hours drive away from a city of 100,000 sell for about $50,000 US dollars

Good luck when you can't afford a ~$200 electric bill for a tiny apartment.
