Farmer dumps 56k lbs of milk because nobody is buying it

If you're wondering how many gallons that is, and why the fuck they're measuring milk in lbs, I did the math. It's just over 6,500 gallons

That's what I was thinking. There should be some government agency buying up unsold food and giving it to those who need it. A lot of produce and dairy going to waste right now because people only want to eat toilet paper and wipe their ass with rice.

It's not selling in stores nigga. Not his fault, he's losing money too. I'm sure he'd love to sell it but the grocery stores aren't demanding it and he probably doesn't have the infrastructure in his business to turn his milk to powder before it spoils.

Being a farmer is fucking shit. I don't know why anyone does it.

When you make milk from the powder put a teaspoon of vanilla extract in it.

Not really that much. I have worked on milk farms and they haul tanker trucks of the stuff 24/7. The facility runs non stop and there are always cows on the line. You can steal more milk than you could carry in a truck and not even make a dent in their production. It's pretty theft proof because you would need a fleet of tankers to rob a milk farm.

Usually the most valuable thing there is the gas because they get it tax free

That's why they sell it in weight because they probably have no idea how much they actually produce in volume. And not all milk weighs the same so your math is probably wrong.

I heard in Canada there was a maple syrup heist that was like one of the most expensive heists in history. They stole a train load with like 10 million dollars worth of syrup or some bullshit

Yeah apparently Canada controls the global maple reserves and it's bought and sold kind of like oil and Vermont and Quebec is like North Dakota and Alberta except instead of oil and gas they compete with syrup.

There was even an Italian crime family involved

Jesus even you guys’ cartels and mafias are more pleasant than in other countries. Imagine having a maple syrup cartel. Lmao

What would Italians want with maple syrup?!?! To put on their spaghetti?

Selling it on the black market I imagine. All you need is a guy in a maple buying warehouse that buys bulk and sells retail.
