    Reality with degrees and the like is that a recent qualification can help you get a job, but if your degree is more than a few years old and you aren't already working in the field you're going to have a hard time getting hired.

    Just my personal experience.

    And a degree isn't an entitlement to a job at all. You need to show and demonstrate ability, specialist knowledge, and willingness to do the job to get hired.

    Its not just talents, but skills. Very few people have such skills and with gaming and such becoming very lucrative industries, these skills are in high demand. Just as important as any "development". Plus its also imagination that not many people have.
