However as far as house prices go, yes, the cost of materials went skyward because of the supply chain issues due in part to coreeeena. Not so long about an 12ft 2x4 would cost you $56,000 -

2022-07-25 at 3:16 PM UTCIsopropal alcohol...back before covid you could buy it super cheap, I buy quite a bit for cleaning up old circuit boards/electronics etc...then covid came and every Tom, dick and harry was buying it as sanitizer. It's still at least double what it was pre covid.

where i am it actually became cheaper as before it was only a niche market cleaner now its everywhere.
