bacon
butter
cream
sour cream
garlic
shallots
onion
parsley
leek
fry bacon in one pan with onions and shallots, wilt leeks and garlic in another pan with butter. you don't want to overcook the leeks. add flour to bacon pan and then cream. when the gravy is smooth, add chopped fresh parsley and turn heat to low. add chopped chicken to the butter, leeks and garlic. sour cream can be used to control consistency and salt content when combining the pans.
ps. remove skin from the chickens, chop, and fry with the bacon.
