Now trump has changed the meaning of the term in the public lexicon to apply to anything he disagrees with. An opinion piece on a liberal news network is not “fake news”, it’s just “not news”…. it’s an opinion. Just like Sean Hannity’s show is OPINION. Yet for some reason it’s the 3rd most trusted news source among Republicans, yeah that’s not a double standard at all. And I guess the fact that Hannity is a personal friend of the president has absolutely nothing to do with his coverage of him
You are so brainwashed. Do you believe what is on cable news? Any of it? -
2020-02-16 at 1:58 PM UTCFirst time I heard the term “fake news”, it came outta trump’s mouth.
People on here give others shit for what news outlet they use. I imagine most are biased, but you have to separate fact from fiction. It’s easy to tell spin, and what’s opinion; at least for me. I try to watch the interviews and the words that actually leave these politicians mouths, and read actual documents that come from these crooks. -

Oh my god I’ve had this conversation with you before. I don’t even watch cable news. Well at work they have the Fox News channel on 24/7 but I don’t get my information from there.
And before you or anyone else accuses me again of being a liberal, I am NOT a democrat. I don’t vote but if I did I would vote republican. I believe in most republican values. There are a couple things I lean left on such as abortion.
Someone can disagree with you about politics without being a brainwashed liberal lol. I was just pointing out the FACT that many trump supporters will quote him VERBATIM when defending him.
I can’t tell you how many times I would corner a trump supporter in an argument with logical reasoning or verified facts and then in the end they would just have nothing else to say so they would just quote one of his platitudes at me like “oh well, he’s not a politician and that’s why I like him.” Or “he’s a great businessman, he’s not gonna let the government waste all that money like Obama did”. This was back during the election but I still hear them saying shit like this.
Meanwhile he has become the most dishonest POLITICIAN in history, and the national debt just keeps ballooning to ever more unsustainable levels. Nothing to see here -

I guess you missed the part where I said I DONT WATCH THE NEWS. How can I repeat something I’ve never heard before. If I believed the news I would be repeating Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity all day because that’s the only “news” I get exposure to.
And wtf you mean every day Ive only ever talked about politics on here like maybe 4 or 5 times -

Originally posted by Technologist No, trump is not a republican, he’s his own little cult. Those men are real republicans, the type that had some integrity. It’s funny to watch all these republicans leave the party because of him. I actually feel bad for the party, trump turned the Republican Party on it’s head. Hopefully it will become the conservative, rule of law party it used to be.
bernie is goimg to turn democrates into commies. -

Four or five times a day. How do you know trump is "dishonest POLITICIAN in history"? Where did you source this information? -
2020-02-16 at 2:31 PM UTCDID AN AUTHOR FROM THE 1800S PREDICT THE TRUMPS, RUSSIA AND AMERICA'S DOWNFALL?
Answer: YES
Trump, an aristocratically wealthy young man living in Castle Trump, is the protagonist of Lockwood's first two fictional novels, The Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump and His Wonderful Dog Bulgar and Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey. The little boy, who has an unending imagination and "a very active brain," is bored of the luxurious lifestyle he has grown so accustomed to. In a twist of fate, Trump visits Russia to embark on an extraordinary adventure that will shape the rest of his life.
Lockwood's final novel arrived in 1896, titled The Last President.
Life really is stranger than fiction.
There are some incredible connections to be made to the first family of the United States and Lockwood's novels from the turn of the 19th century. For starters, the main character's name is the same as President Donald Trump's son, albeit spelt differently. Trump's adventures begin in Russia, and are guided thanks to directions provided by "the master of all masters," a man named "Don."
Before leaving for his voyage through the unknown, Trump is told of his family's motto: "The pathway to glory is strewn with pitfalls and dangers."
Illustrations from the novels depict Trump dressed in lavish, old-fashioned clothing and jewelry as he departs from Castle Trump and begins his voyage, heading to Russia to locate an entrance into alternate dimensions.
But by Lockwood's third novel, The Last President, things become even more eerily linked to the present day.
The story begins with a scene from a panicked New York City in early November, describing a "state of uproar" after the election of an enormously opposed outsider candidate.
"The entire East Side is in a state of uproar," police officers shouted through the streets, warning city folk to stay indoors for the night. "Mobs of vast size are organizing under the lead of anarchists and socialists, and threaten to plunder and despoil the houses of the rich who have wronged and oppressed them for so many years."
"The Fifth Avenue Hotel will be the first to feel the fury of the mob," the novel continues, citing an address in New York City where Trump Tower now stands. "Would the troops be in time to save it?"
Lockwood's creations have resurfaced online in recent weeks on forums and Reddit, thanks to a number of 4chan users who shared images and conspiracy theories about the fantasy stories. Some claimed the Trump family possesses a time machine that has allowed them to remain powerful to this day.
The Last President doesn't follow the same fictional narrative of Lockwood's previous novels, though the links to Trump are once again abundantly clear. The president's hometown of New York City is fearing the collapse of the republic in this book, also titled 1900, immediately following the transition of presidential power. Some Americans begin forming a resistance, protesting what was seen as a corrupt and unethical election process.

What failed hoax will be next?
In order:
-We have not seen trumps tax returns, but I would like to in order to inform myself, every other candidate in modern history has disclosed this information. It makes me think he’s hiding something by not disclosing, probably tax evasion or other forms of fraud. We all know trump was a crooked businessman, in fact that’s one of the reasons his supporters love him.
-If you mean Trump University, that was an obvious scam and may or may not have been illegal, but was at the least extremely unethical. And I’m pretty sure he actually had to pay out millions to his victims in that case, even if it never made it to criminal courts. Then again any idiot who would fall for that bullshit deserves it.
-Trump did say he grabs women by the pussy and that when you’re rich and famous they let you do anything. How is that a hoax? It’s on tape lol. He would also walk in to women’s changing rooms unannounced. He’s a disgusting creep, someone who would do dumb shit like that should make you question their judgement as president.
-Trump did pay stormy daniels to squash a scandalous story about him. His personal lawyer went to prison for campaign fraud over this payment.
-The Mueller investigation was not a “Trump” investigation. It was a Russian interference investigation, of which the intelligence community has agreed was extensive. They did ATTEMPT to influence trump’s campaign, but it was never proven that any member of his campaign was complicit. But it was a fair question that deserved scrutiny. And btw, multiple campaign staffers went to jail for other things uncovered during the investigation. The aforementioned Cohen being one of them.
-Ukraine was not a hoax, it was a legitimate question of whether what he did was inappropriate. Over 50% of the US population believes it was, however the Republicans hold a majority in the senate so it never would have resulted in impeachment even if it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that trump committed a crime. Again, not a hoax just a fundamental difference in opinion between those who would support trump no matter what, and those who do not.
-The Ukraine thing and the impeachment thing are the same thing idiot -

Because I have heard what he says straight from his own mouth and more often than not I’ll think to myself “lol what, wait a second that doesn’t sound right”. And then when I look it up I find, yes in fact he is lying. At least past presidents would lie about shit that can’t be proven. This idiot just lies about any fucking thing lol -

Don't you little guys ever get tired of losing?
On a side note, whoever decided to hand the House to the Demonrats for a term is brilliant. The whole world can now see how truly corrupt and partisan and crazy they are. Without that power in their hands and the resulting push in ernst to expose themselves for what they really are, no one would have had a clue how bad it really is. Now they know! All thanks to Nancy and Schiff and Nadler and Schumer! They played right into it! -
