You know what's interesting? The molecule for a particular heart medicine is built into the structure of loperamide. It is very likely that the liver breaks down loperamide by cleaving off the part of the molecule that then acts as a heart medicine. Low doses are fine. High doses will cause arrhythmia and cardiac arrest. The great irony of it is that because of the nature of loperamide it might act as an opiate as long as it's intact but it stops doing so once your liver tries to get rid of it. So guess what Naloxone is not an antidote for loperamide overdose.
