They are made of pure energy, and they are not in the visible spectrum, although they can appear in any form. Just one of them is powerful enough to kill tens of thousands of humans at a time. They are not restricted to time and space either, and they can freely move between dimensions and time and travel incredible distances instantly. They can also manipulate, transport and shape matter at will. They are millions of years old, and possess scientific intelligence well beyond anyone's wildest imagination.

What do aliens look like?
they have a deep brown color tint to their skin, typically have very dark color hair, just about the entire lot of them are under 5'5" cause they short as hell, they speak a language they claim to be romantic, when they wipe their butts from taking a deuce they toss the paper into a trash can rather than flush it down the toilet, you can find these aliens just about in every restaurant kitchen and washing the dishes, they can also be spotted in welfare lines and accepting government freebies.
but the real kicker about these aliens, are what they are known by:

The greys are military clones grown in military laboratories, which can be trained to fly advanced military ships, such as anti-gravity and supersonic craft. People think those are the aliens, but they're not. The real aliens are totally camouflaged. You can't see them, can't feel them, can't smell them, there's no way to detect their presence, because they reside in another dimension just outside our own, and yet they have found scientific methods to manipulate, transform, transport and create anything within our dimension on a whim. They have fantastic and invisible ships, which orbit the planet and hover deep within the Earth, and they also wander the planet in disguise as humans, remotely commandeering the bodies of humans they have hijacked, using the highly advanced technology they possess.
