But seriously though, kuntshutz and I are right and you and §m£ÂgØL are wrong and don't really know what you're talking about here . Notice how neither of you disputed anything I said.

I mean the thing here is that me and him have a good amount first hand experience with meth unlike you and §m£ÂgØL, and we know quite well what it does to your body. It clear as day runs the crap of your immune system, making it much harder to heal.

You don't know shit you poser faggot and you aren't funny. Go stare at your eyes in the mirror for 10 hours and kill yourself you waste of chemicals

    Where was the joke?

I don’t think you have a fucking clue as to the point of my posts towards Kuntz. Go back and read our entire exchange, it’s not that many posts, but you got lost in it somewhere.

Oh, and I don’t play win or lose on the damn internet. What do I win? The www?

My preliminary data shows that METH treated mice had decreased wound healing. Also, METH increases IL-6 production in skin tissue and elevated levels of this cytokine may have a direct pathogenic role in inflammation. IL-6 may be regulated by dopamine which can activate inflammatory cells. Hence, I hypothesize that METH alters leukocyte recruitment and also enhances IL-6 production via dopaminergic activation exacerbating the inflammatory response leading to delay wound healing.

Nothing to do with MRSA as you can see in this quote, it's everything to do with increasing inflammation and other ways of screwing up your immune system. Technolojizz is cherry picking with her argument, there is no "exchange" just her jumping in to sling insults the way any sore loser with a low IQ would do similar to a monkey flinging poop, rather than presenting a factual argument.

A little bit of googling would've told her that it's not just when it comes to MRSA infection, but any time there is a wound, the researchers had found, regardless of infection with MRSA or no infection at all, there is increased inflammation of the wound and therefore slower wound healing.

Anyone with experience using meth and having wounds would have noticed this. So Tech and the beaner, without any experience in either using meth or in the research itself, jump in to pretend they know what they're talking about, as usual, low IQ turds doing what they do best.

Using a combination of bacterial culture and animal models, the researchers found that wound healing is slowed in meth users, in part because of direct negative effects on macrophage and neutrophil cell functions. So not only does meth promote tough-to-treat biofilm formation, but it also decreases the immune system activity, making users that much more susceptible to chronic infections.

Cling onto the part about MRSA and ignore the rest like a good low IQ retard Tech. That's what you're best at, and then run away like you did after calling JAMA pediatrics a "shady" source.

Meth increases inflammation which will slow wound healing, regardless of what type of microbes are present at the time. Now, anyone who has worked with a petri dish is going to know that in most places, especially on human skin, there's almost always going to be a shitload of different microbes present, which the immune system has to automatically keep in check. With increased inflammation this just further complicates things and slows down wound healing on top of fighting off bacteria and such.

    Technolojizz has no common sense.

Notice she called me 'shit for brains' just like I called her in that thread she ran away from because she's a coward that is terrified of her own stupidity and ignorance, rather than accepting it and learning from her mistakes.. That's classic psychological projection.

I may post more just to further embarrass her and the beantard

"Our preliminary studies show that meth causes an overproduction of IL-6, which delays the body's inflammatory response and ability to heal," he said. "At the same time, we believe meth causes an uncontrolled process by which neutrophils migrate to a wound and their natural ability to clear bacteria and cellular debris is compromised while producing damaging substances against the mammalian tissue. We'll be able to collect images that trace the activities of cells in a wound and find out what each area in the immune response is doing in keeping the wound open."

Another aim of the study is to discover what might counteract some of the wound-healing problems. One possible answer is the use of antibodies that work against the IL-6 overproduction.

Anyone who has used meth , like I said, and had wounds while on it, would've noticed increased inflammation. This isn't normal inflammation, it's the kind you don't want. From a bit of googling, you'd notice it has little to do with MRSA, and mostly it would seem over production of IL-6, which delays the normal inflammation and replaces it with a type you normally only get with a disrupted immune response.

EDIT: A little bit more common sense, something the beantard and Technolojizz aka shit for brains quite obviously are lacking in: Meth is a powerful vasoconstrictor, and your body needs blood to be flowing normally to have a normal rate of wound healing. If blood flow is restricted, your normal, healthy type of inflammatory response is decreased and therefore wound healing is slowed, making infection and infection related inflammation more likely to occur.

EDIT2: Also why diabetic people often have limbs amputated, and why ergot alkaloids can leave you with amputated limbs or limbs that rot off. The body can't bring enough blood to the area, so even a small scratch can turn bad real fast.

I mean that could be it but I had 2 pretty extensive rounds of blood work done a couple months back and only things that came back were high blood pressure and low T. I started noticing it took me longer to heal when I was like 22.... after using for 5 years.

You should get test injections than. I have no idea what my levels are naturally but I started juicing and it feels awesome and as natural as it gets because it is.

To be honest though I would be lying if I said I wasn't having thoughts albeit more stronger than ever. I'll get my affairs in order next week then see what is.

I'm just sick and tired of everything fucking up for me. I kind of felt that job was the final chapter in this Octavian tragedy.

Yeah i started some supplement today and gonna talk to my GP about getting on some test. Mine measured at 92 which is like astronomically low. Ofc Malice was right. Smug prick is prolly smirking his bloated rotting smile somewhere right now.

On second thought idk is its possible to smirk without a lower jaw.

But yeah im def looking into it. Bc it would explain a lot of the reason i feel like such dogshit.

Under 100 for a guy your age is astronomically low, and you need to not walk out of his office without a script and see somebody else if he won't because that's a really really unhealthy level. If you go to a different doctor bring a copy of your tests and do it soon because if your levels jump over 100 they might not give it to you and your insurance probably won't pay for it. Low T is linked to early death and a bunch of major health problems, but so is high T which is why I'm not doing a long cycle and I'll probably go get my levels checked when I'm about there. Some of it probably has to do with your lengthy heroin history which is why I wonder about my own levels.

I don't know what mine are but I'm guessing they were probably at the very low end of normal for a lot of reasons. My hair is definitely thinner already which is very unwelcome given how I have like none to begin with.. I've also been getting some pimples but mostly just little tiny semi under the skin ones under my suddenly super duper greasy forehead and ears, but I just scrub em with shampoo real good in the morning and that stuff doesn't bother me during the day besides the hair thing.

Yeah he said methadone lowers it a lot too, so we'd have to reevaluate once I'm entirely off of it, but I feel like at 24mg, things should start returning to normal. On November 30th, I won't have taken heroin or had a drink for a year. I also read that for super low levels that have to do a special type of test and that the one I chose (I forged his intials on the lab request form) I chose the simpler one that apparently isn't super accurate under 250ng/dl

Awww isn’t that sweet! You went to all that trouble just for me? Bless your heart❤️.

    Tl;dr

No need to. I don’t care how many articles you find on wound healing and meth use. Say using meth may inhibit would healing by say 25% (arbitrary number). That’s really stretching it. But let’s say 25%, we’ll go with that😁

You rip a scab off of a wound, and you have inhibited that’s wound from healing by approx 99% (arbitrary number), but within a normal realm.

No matter how many affects meth may have on wound healing, ripping a scab off has a much larger affect.

Not gonna add the article about how meth users scratch and pick at their skin, no need to. This is common sense you fool

    Have a nice day

Opioids in general lower T levels. I know long term users suffer from it. Which is like, the only real long term effect if you're using pure/safe ROA/etc. Who knows what else you were actually consuming though. But I wonder if that doesn't have to do with it and if its not just the methadone
