There are companies that have spent years working on technology that can link Bitcoin wallets to real world identities
If you want to sell Bitcoin for money you will have to use your name at some point, like on Localbitcoins.com
I don't really understand how they do it but it works.
You can prevent it by tumbling coins using altcoins like monero -
