As I understand it they've tested the hypersonic glide vehicle but not multiple units in a single deployment, which is the goal of the HSGVs being paired with the SARMAT-II... imagine 10 of those things making spastic evasive light patterns in the sky at mach-27

It's fairly strange that Russia fails showing details of successful dummy strike tests. And only the slower mach 1-2 liftoffs.. Since it takes about 7-10 minutes for the missiles to hit 17 or faster mach speed as stated. I
They (Russians) could be bullshitting us. Also supersonic slower speeds allow fewer to hit a target but allow more time for calculating changes for accuracy the USA claims. It's basicly overkill. -
