"they" don't have monolithic control over everything. the "they" you're referring to would've preferred that he'd used his get out of jail card just to disappear, and if they did mean to kill him it would've been easier and more deniable for him to have a boating accident or something while out of the public eye.
public backlash against him, Acosta and Trump by extension forced the government/legal system to act, which likely forced "them" to act before he revealed anything really damaging. -
2019-08-10 at 5:54 PM UTCEnds up there were CCTV cameras all over the wing Epstein was in, but the prison is reporting an unfortunate "camera malfunction" during the exact same period Epstein died, so unfortunately there's no video footage to watch. There would have been, had all the cameras not "malfunctioned".

Why the hell would he wait around to be taken in, knowing he was fucked? With all his cash, he couldn't go to some uncharted island somewhere in the South Pacific? I'd have to say there is a very good probability this whole thing is a CIA setup, where he willingly got put in prison, then they all set it up to look like a suicide, and Epstein is still actually alive and in some other country right now. They just had to stop him from testifying. They could accomplish that by allowing him to escape to a hiding place he will never be found, just like the CIA did with Hitler and all the top Nazis.

Who mentioned that Metropolitan Correctional Center NY, where Epstein was kept, is a total shit hole, it has a security classification of "Administrative". Federal prison or not, if they wanted to have made sure he wouldn't be able to "off himself" they should have locked him up at a super max facility like ADX in Colorado.

People don't go to ADX for being a suicide risk. It's for people that are an escape risk or too violent for maximum security -
