One time I had to go to therapy and the lady preached mindfulness and so I adopted it. Last year when I was forced to go to the loony bin we had a group session and I mentioned mindfulness and the gont running the class started ranting about how mindfulness is a selfish act. Lol I was so over their bs. They made me stay there 72 hours because the doctor new me when I was a teenager and knows about my history of bipolar. I told him I was just there because I had a case of the blues and was yelled out and needed to go home because my cat and to go to work. -
