Notice how not a single one of these virtue-signaling radical Liberal dumbfucks have invited a single "dire refugee" into their own homes. Talk about your hypocrites.

    What's Katmandu like?

I only ever met a few Nepalese people, they seem nice. Never got Nepalese food, it's on my to-do list.

It's pretty impossible to stop all traffic yes, (be it drugs, humans, animals etc etc)..that doesn't mean there is no value in stopping as much as you can. The wall WILL stop a certain amount of people/drugs etc etc, if one of those People (or drugs) killed 1 US citizen then the wall was/will be worth it.

The utility derived from the cost of the wall will be negative, specially compared to the opportunity cost for spending that money on a shit fence.

Depends how much you value lives I suppose, if it was your daughter who was murdered by someone who WOULD have been stopped by a wall then you'd probably think the cost of the wall was worth it.

Don't forget, a wall also keeps us in

This is a cuck emotional argument you could employ for anything.

Traffic accidents kill 40K people in the US annually, we could probably bring that number close to zero if you wanted to make the speed limit 10mph. But that would be retarded because nobody wants to drive around at 10mph all the time. So we accept a degree of risk we deem necessary or convenient. You'd save way more lives than building a border wall.

"B-but if your daughter might not have died if we had a 10mph speed limit, you might think differently about the convenience of going more than 10mph!"

Sure but then that's an unreasonable and emotionally driven, self centered concern that has zero bearing on what the society at large should do.

how many people do you think would be killed in the USA if there were no law/rules about who can drive, how they drive etc?..more than 40k that's for damn sure..so the rules in place work at curbing deaths/accidents..same principle with the wall, thanks for the great example.

A leaking faucet isn't as damaging as a burst pipe...

We don't need a wall, proper border enforcement would do everything a wall would

Unfortunately, both sides of TPTB benefit from illegal immigration so it's never going to happen

We already have immigration laws and enforcement, we just don't have a shit border wall burning a hole in our pocket because it's not worth it. I wouldn't even mind the "smart wall" proposals to use drone patrols etc because there is some actual positive economic stimulus possible with that in the tech sector as opposed to paying a handful of contracting companies billions to build and maintain the wall and hundreds of people to man and patrol it while generating jack shit. It might actually be effective and efficient rather than being a big dumb fence too.
