    I'll read that in a few hours. I read much of their and the CIA's documents on remote viewing and there was really nothing there

    At the end of Project Stargate they concluded that there was, it just wasn't worth pursuing.

    IMO that was because they didn't catch talented individuals early enough, they concentrated on old (and aging) candidates, and had an over-formalised methodology.

    The Soviets also had a psychic spying and psychokinesis ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nina_Kulagina ) program, though it didn't go anywhere either.
