Well, in our money today, probably $250/month for your air to breathe (more if you breathe more than everyone else), another $250 for the sunlight you get, another $250 for the water you use (more if you are using it as an energy source), and another $250 for the space you occupy (the fatter you are, the more you pay). So about $1,000 month, minimum, just to exist. Then you have rent, food, clothing, travel, etc. all on top of that. -

Ultimately we can take this to an absurdity and just claim oil is chemically stored solar energy. My point was oil is effectively "free" energy, doesn't mean we made a utopia just means we can commute 2 hours in a few tons of metal to do a bullshit job. -
