I sort of see it as a test. They're putting fucked up things in front of me to see how I react, see what they can do to "get to" me. I'm so desensitized though most of it never works. I browsed the sex offender database for my county once and the ratio of sex offenders to normal people was off the charts. I've seen pedos taking photos of underage girls in parks and such, but you normally can't prove anything.
One time me and my tweaker buddy were sitting in the park one day chilling and we saw this fat slob with an expensive camera walking with what looked like an underage girl. Normally a situation like this just seems like they're baiting me for an emotional response and don't expect me to actually go up to the people, so I went up to see if she was really underage, and man... She definitely looked like it, I was about two feet away from them so I'd had a pretty good look, but she was spreading her legs and fingering herself, so it seemed, while he was photographing, but again, I couldn't prove a damn thing.
The tweaker mentioned he'd kill the guy, but I figured he wouldn't really. No sense throwing your life away for a scumbag like that.
