I'm not claiming to be a legal expert and like there isn't a ton of case law in play but like courts routinely compel speech. I don't know why anyone thinks a court would be OK with compelling you to continue to publish a lie by not changing a piece of copy on a page but somehow not OK with compelling you to publish a lie by making a post. There is nothing materially different about informing other people of a secret you're legally compelled to keep by one means vs the other.

I feel like the court would be thorough enough to stipulate that referencing the subpoena- either expressly or implied- is a serious no-no.
