The Chinese are lying backstabbing little yellow rats. They prize deception in business as a positive trait.

The same reason they can't build an aircraft carrier. They have not stole the right tech.

Not necessarily. The best businesses don't deceive...they offer a good product, or service, and demand a good price for it. The best businesses Don't sacrifice long term growth and reputation for short term profits By deceiving customers. It can very easily be a symbiotic relationship that is mutually beneficial for both seller and buyer... But the Chinese don't seem to embrace that philosophy. The way their government controls their people says it all about the values they embrace in their societal culture.
