What in the world is the etymology of that word (nonce) in this context?
I mean, I used to deal with nonces all day for work (when I was working cryptography/blockchain stuff). I had no idea it had such an alternate meaning.
Also, around here, they use the term "skinner" or "to skin someone" means sex offender, and the activity of committing a sex offense, respectively.

Hell even Ruth Bader Ginsburg wants to lower the age of consent to 12. It was 12 in Mexico city recently. As a matter of fact, they're closer to getting what they want than you think, they're normalizing it with that same argument, that age of consent laws are a recent idea in human history and aren't necessarily valid. But you're from Canada, I don't expect you to understand the level of depravity of the government and its minions here. -
