I mean LACK of user names that 4chan is known for.
Also, technically one could maintain the same username for years, if not decades, on the Internet, despite any kind of deep web protocol being in place.
One could, in fact, use the exact same username and still log in using a proxy with a completely different IP every time...
But that requires not only a certain degree of technical expertise, but, more importantly, a TREMENDOUS dedication to the cause.
