Basically there are three possible explanations for all of this:
1. This is actually Zanick's sister, and he really is in the hospital, which is pretty concerning, at least to me.
2. Zanick's fucking with all of us, which will turn out to be somewhat entertaining I guess, but some of us, or at least I, am actually genuinely concerned, and the concern would outweigh the lulz.
3. This is Zanick, but he actually thinks he's his "evil sister." This is definitely the most frightening of them all. Zanick is good people, and one of my favorite posters on here. He is one of the few people who actually cares about things like eloquence and diction. He's also well-read and a scholar in his own right.
Zanick, if it's #2, please let us know soon.
But when it comes to #1 and #3, it's pretty much Schrodinger's Zanick... We may never know for sure. Either one is tragic, but #3 is probably worse. At least if he's in the hospital from drug psychosis, he's being treated by professionals.
